The BioEcosystem Partners team have worked together for many years developing strong domain experience across life science ecosystems and organizations. They conceived and built the first multi-institutional proof-of-concept program in the USA for validating university technologies, and have received EDA and other government support for this and other consortium innovation programs. Since then, they have developed strategies and processes for multiple innovation ecosystems in North America and Asia Pacific. The team brings hands-on skills and passion in/for innovation districts, university commercialization, system design, business model development, partnering strategy, and Agile execution.
